Eligibility for Refunds

  • Custom apparel is made-to-order, and refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact our customer service team within 14 days. We will guide you through the return process and assist in placing a new order.
